Hello Seattle✨I own this quaint 3 story town home in South Seattle right near othello station and am looking for 1 roommate to fill in the first room I show in the video. The other room is already vacant with a great gal whom also happens to be my good friend! My room is the master room on the 3rd floor. Rent for each room is $1000 a month per room. This townhome is walking distance from the light rail (7 minutes) and electricity and water are included in the rent. There are 1.5 bathroom’s and all together there would be 3 people living here.
